An act related to hayrides.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 13 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 62, before the word “shall”, the following:-

“or such other persons exempted by regulation from the application of this section or by application by special permit granted by the selectmen in a town or of the city council in a city,”
