An Act relative to shellfishing permits for veterans.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 52 of chapter 130 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “therefor”, in line 61, the following words:-

; provided, however, that such city or town shall not charge a veteran, as defined in clause Forty-third of section 7 of chapter 4, a fee greater than the fee charged to a resident of such city or town.
