An Act relative to representation on the board of trustees for soldiers’ memorials in the town of Orange.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding section 105 of chapter 41 of the General Laws, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the chairman of the board of selectmen in the town of Orange may appoint a designee to represent said chairman on the board of trustees for soldiers’ memorials.
