An Act expanding the powers of the Director of Fisheries and Wildlife.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 131, Section 4 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding a further sentence to paragraph (2) the following phrase:—This provision may be exercised Monday through Sunday as a power of the Director or when ordered by the Fisheries and Wildlife Board to control or manage wildlife.
