An Act authorizing the sale of certain property located at 616 Towne Street in the town of North Attleborough.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The board of selectmen of the town of North Attleborough may sell, convey or otherwise dispose of property located at 616 Towne street in the town of North Attleborough, which is described in assessor’s map 16, block 13, lot 13A and was granted to the town by Virginia M. Graham in a deed recorded with the Bristol County registry of deeds in book 12323, page 185, subject to and in accordance with of the provisions of chapter 30B of the General Laws.
SECTION 2. If the board of selectmen of the town of North Attleborough sells, conveys or otherwise disposes of said property pursuant to section 1, said sale, conveyance or disposition shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement entered into by the North Attleborough conservation commission and Virginia M. Graham at the time of the conveyance of said property to the town, as amended. The net proceeds from the sale, conveyance or disposition of the property pursuant to section 1 shall be deposited into the Thomas C. Graham Memorial Trust and may be used only for the preservation and maintenance of land donated to the town by Virginia and Frederick Graham for conservation purposes in accordance with the terms and conditions of said Trust.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
