An Act relative to the retention of animal inspection records.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 25 of chapter 129 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 3 and 4, the words “but such returns need not be retained for more than two years” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- which shall be retained in an electronic record for 10 years.
