An Act designating the Houghs Neck Maritime Center in the city of Quincy in honor of Francis X. McCauley.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The Houghs Neck Maritime Center located in the city of Quincy shall be designated and known as the Francis X. McCauley Houghs Neck Maritime Center, in honor of former mayor of Quincy Francis X. McCauley’s service to this country, the city of Quincy and the Houghs Neck community. The department of conservation and recreation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
