An Act relative to the retirement benefits of Rachel Porter.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the Massachusetts Teachers' Retirement Board shall grant creditable service to Rachel Porter in an amount equal to that which is necessary to ensure that she has ten years of creditable service.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
