An Act relative to the prevailing wage for affordable housing in the town of Wayland.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, sections 26 to 27H, inclusive, of chapter 149 of the General Laws shall not apply to the town of Wayland for affordable housing-related projects estimated to cost $30,000 or less.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
