An Act to promote and strengthen agricultural preservation.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 31 of Chapter 184 of the General Laws as appearing in 2014 official edition is hereby amended by striking in lines 44-45 the following:-“other acts or uses detrimental to such retention of the land for agricultural use”
