The Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Ordered, That the committee on Higher Education be authorized to sit during a recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents numbered 635, 636, 637, 644, 645, 647, 2227, 2228, 2229, 2231, 2233, 2235, 2996, 2997, 3001, 3002, 3003, 3490, 3491, 3576 and 3777, relative to higher education.

Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives on or before December 31, 2018.
