An Act to amend 310 CMR 10.05 (3) (a) (2).

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. 310 CMR 10.05 (3) (a) (2) is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph at the end:

Any person who proposes to apply herbicides in the Buffer Zone pursuant to the presumption of 310 CMR 10.03 (6) (b) shall be prohibited from applying herbicides within 500 feet of a residence, a school or a children’s playground.
