An Act relative to the purchase of land for the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Sudbury and the city of Framingham may expend monies in a Community Preservation Fund established pursuant to chapter 44B of the General Laws for the purchase of land for recreational use from CSX Transportation, Inc. for the extension of the Bruce Freeman rail trail.”
