An Act amending the membership of the Nantucket Planning & Economic Development Commission by removing the superintendent of the department of public works.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.The second sentence of section 1 of chapter 561 of the acts of 1973, as most recently amended by chapter 458 of the acts of 1991, is hereby further amended by striking out the words “the superintendent of the department of public works of said town or his designee who shall be designated by the board of selectmen of said town;”.

SECTION 2.This act shall take effect upon its passage.
