An Act supporting the Mohawk Trail Woodland Partnership.

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to support the Mohawk Trail Woodland Partnership, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

To capitalize the Mohawk Trail Woodland Partnership Fund established in section 89 and support the goals of the Mohawk Trail Woodland Partnership, the Partnership may receive funds from general appropriations, capital expenditure authorizations, grants or a combination thereof.
