An Act regarding a qualified apprentice tax credit.

 

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to regulate a certain tax credit, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Subsection (v) of said section 6 of said chapter 62, added by section 14 of chapter 228 of the acts of 2018, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2.  Section 38HH of said chapter 63, added by section 17 of chapter 228 of the acts of 2018, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 3.  Sections 1 and 2 shall take effect on January 1, 2022.
