An Act relative to the retirement benefits of certain employees of the city of Chicopee.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Chicopee contributory retirement board shall permit Jorge Bracette, a member of the Chicopee contributory retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 2. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Chicopee contributory retirement board shall permit Mark Canty, a member of the Chicopee contributory retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 3. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Chicopee contributory retirement board shall permit Justin Clark, a member of the Chicopee contributory retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 4. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Chicopee contributory retirement board shall permit Ross Domingos, a member of the Chicopee contributory retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 5. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Chicopee contributory retirement board shall permit David Dubski, a member of the Chicopee contributory retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 6. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Chicopee contributory retirement board shall permit Todd Fitch, a member of the Chicopee contributory retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 7. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Chicopee contributory retirement board shall permit Stephen Fopp, a member of the Chicopee contributory retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 8. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Chicopee contributory retirement board shall permit Jason Furr, a member of the Chicopee contributory retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 9. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Chicopee contributory retirement board shall permit Andrew Galik, a member of the Chicopee contributory retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 10. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Chicopee contributory retirement board shall permit Robert Gancarz, a member of the Chicopee contributory retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 11. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Chicopee contributory retirement board shall Mark Kosiorek, a member of the Chicopee contributory retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 12. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Chicopee contributory retirement board shall permit Jerrid Lamontagne, a member of the Chicopee contributory retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 13. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Chicopee contributory retirement board shall permit Jaime Lavallee, a member of the Chicopee contributory retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 14. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Chicopee contributory retirement board shall permit Aaron Lombardino, a member of the Chicopee contributory retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 15. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Chicopee contributory retirement board shall permit Stephen Lusty, a member of the Chicopee contributory retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 16. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Chicopee contributory retirement board shall permit Patrick Major, a member of the Chicopee contributory retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 17. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Chicopee contributory retirement board shall permit Bathromiej Orzol, a member of the Chicopee contributory retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 18. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Chicopee contributory retirement board shall permit Lars Owren, a member of the Chicopee contributory retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 19. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Chicopee contributory retirement board shall permit Jachary Piroz, a member of the Chicopee contributory retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 20. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Chicopee contributory retirement board shall permit David Surprenant, a member of the Chicopee contributory retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 21. Notwithstanding section 3 of chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Chicopee contributory retirement board shall permit Jacek Wanat, a member of the Chicopee contributory retirement system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to paragraph (h) of subdivision (1) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
SECTION 22. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
