An Act relative to the task force on regional transit authority performance.
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to provide for the task force on regional transit authority performance, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 72 of chapter 154 of the acts of 2018 is hereby amended by inserting after the words “2 members of the house of representatives,”, the following words:- 1 of whom shall be appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives and.
SECTION 2. Said section 72 of said chapter 154 is hereby further amended by inserting after the words “2 members of the senate,”, the following words:- 1 of whom shall be appointed by the senate president and.
