An Act authorizing the city of Leominster to pay a certain unpaid bill.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: The Comptroller of the City of Leominster may pay from sums appropriated $60,105.12 to Royal Steam Heating, Co., for a repair of a failed boiler.
SECTION 2: This Act shall take effect upon its passage.
