An Act relative to car insurance premium adjustments.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 113B of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “insured”, in line 207, the following words:- ; provided, however that, notwithstanding any other provision of this section, for violations of section 17 of chapter 90 the plan shall provide for upward premium adjustment for drivers who have accumulated such unsafe driver points in the preceding 3 year period.
