An Act relative to insurance co-pays.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Notwithstanding any special or general law, or rule or regulation to the contrary, no health insurance plan shall require a co-pay for any regular preventative screening or testing required by a physician.
