An Act providing for lower cost home insurance by consumers choosing a larger deductible.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Chapter 175 Section 4D of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 official edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end of the section, the following:
Deductible amounts can be made available to policy holders of home insurance from increments of fifty dollars through ten thousand dollars.
