An Act relative to MassHealth coverage.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Notwithstanding any special or general law, or rule or regulation to the contrary, MassHealth shall not cover any medical treatment for self inflicted injuries received by protestors during illegal protests.
