An Act relative to the endowment match program.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 15E of chapter 15A of the General Laws, as appearing in the official acts of 2014, is amended by removing the following words in the second paragraph “subject to appropriation” and inserting the following after the last paragraph:

Not less than $10,000,000 shall be appropriated in the current fiscal year to support this program and subject to appropriation in subsequent years.
