An Act to amend Section 21, Chapter 40B of the General Laws relative to Regional Planning.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 21 of Chapter 40B of the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting the following language:
“parking requirements and traffic mitigation,” after “requirements with respect to height, site plan,”
