An Act making drug dealing subject to dangerousness hearing determinations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Subsection (1) of section 58A of chapter 276 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting before the period, in line 27, the following words:-
“; or arrested and charged with a violation of sections 32, 32A, 32B, 32C, 32D or 32E of chapter 94C”.
