An Act relative to juror qualification.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1. Section 4 of Chapter 234A of the General Laws shall be amended by adding the following subsection:-

“9. Such person is a full-time college student whose actual residence is outside of the commonwealth.”
