An Act relative to bail fees.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 24 of chapter 262 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the number “$40” and inserting in its place the following:- “$50”

SECTION 2. Said section 24 of said chapter 262, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 9, the number “$50” and inserting in its place the following:- “$60”
