SECTION 1: Chapter 269 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following section:
Section 7A: If any of the persons so unlawfully assembled, willfully impedes and or intentionally disrupts a public “way” as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 90, a “State Highway System” or” State Public Transit System” as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 6c, or a “Railroad or Railway” as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 160 shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than five years or by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars and imprisonment in jail for not more than two years.
