An Act relative to assault and battery on the elderly with a deadly weapon.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 15 A of chapter 265, as most recently amended by chapter 284 of the acts of 2014, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 9, the word "two" and inserting in place thereof the following word:-- five.
