An Act relative to the Bourne Recreation Authority.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The first sentence of section 7 of chapter 820 of the acts of 1970 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 4, the words “; provided, however, that the amount of bonds to be issued under this act shall not exceed, in the aggregate, the sum of one million dollars”.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
