An Act authorizing the town of Needham to grant an additional license for the sale of malt and wine beverages not to be drunk on the premises.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding Section 17, of chapter 138 of the General Laws, the licensing authority for the Town of Needham may grant one (1) additional license for the sale of malt beverages and wine not to be drunk on premises under section 15 of said Chapter 138, to Roche Bros. Market of 377 Chestnut Street, Needham, Norfolk County, Massachusetts for use in connection with premises situated at 377 Chestnut Street, in said Town of Needham.  Said license shall be subject to all of the other provisions of said Chapter 138.
