An Act authorizing the removal and towing of motor vehicles violating height requirements.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 7P of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-
Authorized police department personnel shall remove from any way and tow a vehicle found to be in violation of the provisions of this section and such personnel shall not be subject to the provisions of section 120D of chapter 266.
