An Act relative to seasonal employment.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1: Chapter 151 of the General Laws, section 1A, is hereby amended by striking out paragraph number (20), as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, and inserting in place thereof the following subsection:-

(20) in an amusement park of a permanent or traveling nature, containing an aggregation of amusement devices, games, shows, and other attractions, licensed pursuant to Chapter 140, Section 205A, and operated for public use, recreation or amusement during a period, or accumulated periods, not in excess of one hundred eighty days in any one year.
