An Act relative to ambulance service at General Edward Lawrence Logan International Airport.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 111C of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:-
Section 27. The Massachusetts Port Authority shall maintain an ambulance service at the General Edward Lawrence Logan International Airport in accordance with this chapter and the regulations of the department. The department shall designate the Massachusetts Port Authority as the service zone provider for General Edward Lawrence Logan International Airport.
