An Act relative to the issuance of tax bills in the town of Hatfield.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 57C of chapter 59 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the town of Hatfield may send out actual real estate and personal property tax bills for fiscal year 2018 after December 31, which shall be due and payable 30 days after the date of mailing, after which date if unpaid, they shall become delinquent.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
