An Act relative to the East Boston designated port area.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, a certain parcel of land located on Border street in the East Boston section of the city of Boston shall not be included within the boundaries of any designated port area. This parcel, located at 266-68 Border street in the East Boston section of the city of Boston, is more particularly described in and registered under certificate of title number 128950 in the Suffolk county registry of deeds.
