An Act clarifying the meal break law to allow for private enforcement.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 150 of chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “section 52E”, in line 40, the following figure:- 100
