An Act relative to equity in the workplace.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 7, subsection (e), of chapter 150E of the General Laws, as most recently amended by chapter 236 of the acts of 2012, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “removal”, in each occurrence, the following words:- “or assignment"
