An Act relative to the marketing and visibility of recreational marijuana.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 334 of the Acts of 2016 is hereby amended by adding, after the word “children” in subsection (a)(13) of Section 4, the following:-
“, which shall closely resemble the regulations of marketing and visibility of tobacco products as promulgated by the United States food and drug administration.”
