An Act relative to sub acute beds for addiction services.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Notwithstanding and general or special law to the contrary the department of public health shall conduct a review and develop a master plan regarding the availability and number of sub acute beds available for addiction treatment. Said review and master plan along with any recommendations shall be submitted to the clerks of the house and senate, the joint committee on public health, and the joint committee on health care financing by December 31, 2017.
