An Act to increase the amount that may be appropriated from the balance of a capital project fund.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 20 of chapter 44 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 10 by striking the words “one thousand” and inserting in place thereof the words “fifty thousand”.
