An Act relative to timely notification of releases of radiation.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 5N of chapter 111 is hereby amended by adding after the first paragraph the following new paragraph:-
"The department shall promulgate rules and regulations to ensure that persons with general or specific licensure, as defined in section 5M of this chapter, post on their web sites all plans for routine and continuous releases of radiation to the atmosphere, including dates, times and fissile materials, as soon as such releases are scheduled."
