An Act prohibiting the use of fluoride in public drinking water in the Commonwealth.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 111 of the General Laws is hereby amended by repealing section 8C and replacing it with the following language:-
Section 8C: The addition of fluoride to public water supplies in the Commonwealth shall be prohibited.
