An Act relative to placing hooks in public bathrooms.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, all public bathrooms in the Commonwealth shall contain a hook whereby individuals can hang such personal belongings as a jacket or a purse in order that the individual may avoid placing such personal belongings on the floor.
