An Act relative to health care.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 51I of chapter 111 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition is hereby amended in line 14 by inserting after the word “rates” the following: “that shall include but not be limited to pulse oxymetry testing, as defined in Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2014.”
