An Act to include federal law enforcement officers as police officers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 90C of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the word “and” in line 79 and by inserting after the words “chapter 22C” in line 80 the following words:- “and any federal law enforcement officer”
