An Act relative to the regulation of alcohol pricing.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the Alcohol Beverages Control Commission shall be directed to amend 204 CMR 2.04(1) under Massachusetts General Laws chapter 138 to allow for cost to be calculated by the retailer as "the total net cost to the retailer, after all discounts are applied"
