An Act relative to the contribution for insurance premiums of certain retired employees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 9E of chapter 32B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “that unit.”, in line 27, the following words:- ; provided however, that the percentage of premium paid by a retired employee, at any time, will not be higher than the percent of premium paid upon retirement.
