An Act to increase membership in the PRIM Board.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 23 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 187, the word “nine” and inserting in place thereof the following word:-

SECTION 2. Said Section 23 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting, in line 202, after the word “governor,”  the following words:-

“a person appointed by the executive board of the Massachusetts Association of Contributory Retirement Systems who shall be from a regional or county retirement board that has funds in the PRIT fund, a person appointed by the executive board of the Massachusetts Association of Contributory Retirement Systems who shall be from a municipal retirement board that has funds in the PRIT fund,”
